<br /> <br /> <br />Appendix 5 <br />Programs and Annual Projects <br /> <br />ADA Transition Program <br />The City commissioned a study of ADA deficiencies that resulted in the 2010 ADA <br />transition Plan. This plan contains a list of deficiencies, with repair costs, and <br />recommends funding of $150,000 per year for 15 years to complete the repairs. <br />Adoption of the plan and continued work on the plan reduces the City’s liability for <br />ADA deficiencies and is required to receive CDBG funds from the Federal <br />Government. <br /> <br />Completed in the last two years: <br />Exterior Improvements at the Civic Center, Main Library, MCC, and Marina Park <br /> <br />In Progress: <br />No current projects <br /> <br />Future projects: <br />City Council chambers <br /> <br />Comments: Work on the transition plan is xx% complete.
