Summary <br />Design and construct an improved pedestrian and bicycle connection between Bay Fair BART and Bayfair Center. <br />Relocate traffic signal at East 14th and Bayfair Drive as needed to support of the Bayfair Transit Village TOD. <br />Description <br />Construct a new pathway to create a more direct, attractive and safe route between BART and the Center consistent <br />with the 2007 and 2009 planning studies for Bay Fair BART station.
