Environmental Checklist Transportation/Traffic <br /> Initial Study – Mitigated Negative Declaration 87 <br />Cumulative (Year 2035) Conditions <br />Traffic operations were evaluated at the study intersections under cumulative traffic conditions in <br />the year 2035. All signalized intersections were found to operate within City of San Leandro <br />standards during the A.M. and P.M. peak hours. Both roadway segments were found to operate within City of San Leandro standards during <br />the A.M. and P.M. peak hours (Table 23).
