Contractor shall meet the following timelines: <br /> By October 1, 2017, Girls Incorporated of Alameda County will have: <br /> - Served 69 participating children and family members with family support services, including <br /> counseling, case management, and/or parenting workshops. <br /> - Demonstrated that 75%or 52 of the participating children and family members will be able to <br /> address psychological and communication problems within their family, as evidenced by CANS <br /> scores and client surveys, <br /> - Provided 60 hours of consultation to Girls Inc. staff and other youth-serving professionals, helping <br /> them effectively utilize positive mental health approaches with the youth they serve. <br /> By January 1, 2018, Girls Incorporated of Alameda County will have: <br /> - Served 138 participating children and family members with family support services, including <br /> counseling, case management, and/or parenting workshops. <br /> - Demonstrated that 75%or 103 of the participating children and family members will be able to <br /> address psychological and communication problems within their family, as evidenced by CANS <br /> scores and client surveys. <br /> - Provided 120 hours of consultation to Girls Inc. staff and other youth-serving professionals, <br /> helping them effectively utilize positive mental health approaches with the youth they serve. <br /> By April 1, 2018, Girls Incorporated of Alameda County will have: <br /> - Served 206 participating children and family members with family support services, including <br /> counseling, case management, and/or parenting workshops, <br /> - Demonstrated that 75%or 155 of the participating children and family members will be able to <br /> address psychological and communication problems within their family, as evidenced by CANS <br /> scores and client surveys. <br /> - Provided 180 hours of consultation to Girls Inc. staff and other youth-serving professionals, helping <br /> them effectively utilize positive mental health approaches with the youth they serve. <br /> By July 1, 2018, Girls Incorporated of Alameda County will have: <br /> - Served 275 participating children and family members with family support services, including <br /> counseling, case management, and/or parenting workshops. <br /> - Demonstrated that 75%or 206 of the participating children and family members will be able to <br /> address psychological and communication problems within their family, as evidenced by CANS <br /> scores and client surveys. <br /> - Provided 240 hours of consultation to Girls Inc. staff and other youth-serving professionals, helping <br /> them effectively utilize positive mental health approaches with the youth they serve. <br /> Consulting Services Agreement between July 1, 2017 <br /> City of San Leandro and Girls Inc.—Exhibit A Page 2 of 2 <br />
