(SOS/Meals on Wheels) for $45,743; and Eden Council for Hope <br />and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) for $10,000 (approves 4 agreements totaling <br />$117,236) <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve a resolution to enter into four (4) public services <br />grant agreements with the following service providers: <br />·Child Abuse Listening, Interviewing, and Coordination Center ($22,260); <br />·Davis Street Family Resource Center ($39,233); <br />·Service Opportunities for Seniors, Inc./Meals on Wheels ($45,743); <br />·Eden Council for Hope & Opportunity Housing for fair housing services ($10,000); <br />These CDBG projects were authorized by the City Council on June 4, 2018 in the Fiscal Year <br />2018-2019 HUD Annual Action Plan. <br />BACKGROUND <br />For FY 2018-2019, the four agreements totaling $117,236 require City Council approval. Three <br />of the agreements are part of the CDBG public services budget (see below). The ECHO Fair <br />Housing Counseling Agreement is funded under the CDBG Administration budget because fair <br />housing is federally mandated and ECHO helps to fulfill the City’s requirement to affirmatively <br />further fair housing regulations.
