Non-Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2018 City of San Leandro and Steve’s Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 4 of 5  Treat black algae  Vacuum pool thoroughly in the event of broken glass and possibly drain pool if you can’t get all of the glass out  Treat pool according to protocol if there is a fecal incident  Change over chemical barrels at Farrelly  Replace chemical feed pumps  Wash down filter room  Reset controller set point and parameters if needed  Remove bird feces from decks and patio  Accompany Alameda County Health Department staff for inspections Post Season (Farrelly and SLFAC)  Inspect bottom drains, lights, and equalizer line covers to ensure that they are tight  Clean tile  Remove lane lines and put on deck  Inspect skimmers to make sure that the weirs are in place and floats and are functioning properly  Reduce chemical set points to minimum levels  Shut down pool heater  Turn off house water heaters  Make note of any project that needs to be done prior to next season SLFAC In addition to the above noted duties, there are some duties unique to SLFAC.  Drain down pool and remove panels on play structure – end of season  Replace sacrificial anodes on play structure as needed  Re-install panels on play structure – in Spring  Inspect play structure to ensure stability  Thoroughly inspect slide – in Spring  Wax slide – in Spring  Inspect railings to make sure that they are secure  Caulk seams on slide – in Spring  Repair chips in fiberglass  Sand and smooth out scratches  Tighten bolts on slide  Perform daily inspection of slide and record in binder (required as part of State permit)  Record any maintenance that is performed in log book  Ensure that records are up to date and correct for annual inspection by Cal OSHA  Check pool for hazards, including areas around bubblers and play structure  Operate pumps periodically during the off season to keep the water well circulated
