• Clean chemical injectors <br />• Check deck and surrounding areas for potential hazards <br />• Install hose reels at proper locations, if applicable <br />• Light/turn on water heaters <br />• Clean filter room <br />• Check to insure restrooms, office and other rooms are in order (City's janitorial <br />contractor will do pre -season cleaning of these areas) <br />• Clean drain covers on deck <br />• Inspect railings to make sure they are secure <br />• Inspect bottom drains and equalizer line covers to make sure they are tight and in <br />good condition <br />• Inspect underwater light fixtures to make sure they are tightened properly and <br />working <br />• Stock emergency kits with supplies <br />Daily Duties in Season (Boys & Girls Club, Farrelly, and SLFAC) <br />• Inspect buildings and pool for any vandalism and graffiti (report immediately to <br />Buildings Supervisor) <br />• Test pool water and record results <br />• Maintain correct water level <br />• Check flow rates, pressure differentials and temperatures <br />• Check to make sure equipment is working properly <br />• Check chemical supplies and change out as necessary <br />• Record water test results and controller readings in binder <br />• Calibrate controller <br />• Adjust chemical feeds and/or controller, depending upon demand <br />• Clean hair strainer <br />• Check pool for debris and vacuum <br />• Inspect skimmers to make sure that they are operating properly <br />• Clean debris off of deck drains <br />• Check for hazards and rectify or report immediately to Buildings Supervisor <br />Weekly Duties in Season (Boys & Girls Club, Farrelly, and SLFAC) <br />• Use big vacuum to clean pool <br />• Clean skimmers <br />• Wash down decks <br />Duties as Needed in Season (Boys & Girls Club, Farrelly, and SLFAC) <br />• Backwash filters <br />• Clean pool tiles – approximately once every 3 weeks <br />• Replace parts on skimmers <br />Non -Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2018 <br />City of San Leandro and Steve's Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 3 of 5 <br />
