• Treat black algae <br />• Vacuum pool thoroughly in the event of broken glass and possibly drain pool if you <br />can't get all of the glass out <br />• Treat pool according to protocol if there is a fecal incident <br />• Change over chemical barrels at Farrelly <br />• Replace chemical feed pumps <br />• Wash down filter room <br />• Reset controller set point and parameters if needed <br />• Remove bird feces from decks and patio <br />• Accompany Alameda County Health Department staff for inspections <br />Post Season (Farrelly and SLFAC) <br />• Inspect bottom drains, lights, and equalizer line covers to ensure that they are tight <br />• Clean tile <br />• Remove lane lines and put on deck <br />• Inspect skimmers to make sure that the weirs are in place and floats and are <br />functioning properly <br />• Reduce chemical set points to minimum levels <br />• Shut down pool heater <br />• Turn off house water heaters <br />• Make note of any project that needs to be done prior to next season <br />SLFAC <br />In addition to the above noted duties, there are some duties unique to SLFAC. <br />• Drain down pool and remove panels on play structure – end of season <br />• Replace sacrificial anodes on play structure as needed <br />• Re -install panels on play structure – in Spring <br />• Inspect play structure to ensure stability <br />• Thoroughly inspect slide – in Spring <br />• Wax slide – in Spring <br />• Inspect railings to make sure that they are secure <br />• Caulk seams on slide – in Spring <br />• Repair chips in fiberglass <br />• Sand and smooth out scratches <br />• Tighten bolts on slide <br />• Perform daily inspection of slide and record in binder (required as part of State <br />permit) <br />• Record any maintenance that is performed in log book <br />• Ensure that records are up to date and correct for annual inspection by Cal OSHA <br />• Check pool for hazards, including areas around bubblers and play structure <br />• Operate pumps periodically during the off season to keep the water well circulated <br />Non -Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2018 <br />City of San Leandro and Steve's Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 4 of 5 <br />
