The contractor will be required to
indicate sign in/sign out times; specific tasks performed; and note any repairs
made/needed. The logs will be reviewed by City staff on a weekly basis.
For maintenance of the two City fountains (Washington Plaza and San Leandro Civic
Center Plaza), Contractor shall remove debris, maintain water level and circulating
pumps, clean filters, and chemically treat water. Between May 1 and November 30, the
fountains shall be checked and maintained four days/week. Between December 1 and
April 30, the fountains shall be checked and maintained two days/week.
