IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-092 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />TO REESTABLISH THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br />JEFFREY KAY FOR AN INTERIM CITY MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an Interim City Manager employment <br />agreement between the City of San Leandro and Jeffrey Kay on February 20, 2018 for the <br />period January 23 through June 4, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reestablish the terms of the employment <br />agreement effective July 11, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council for the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution is hereby authorized; and <br />2.
