The San Leandro Police <br />Department prides itself on partnering with the community to provide professional police <br />services and public safety and has done an exemplary job of maintaining a high quality <br />of life for its residents. <br /> <br />However, San Leandro receives a higher amount of calls for service per capita compared <br />to several other municipalities in Alameda County.
