IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFIE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-111 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE <br />AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT RENEWAL WITH TYLER <br />TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH SYSTEM (FOR THE <br />AMOUNT OF S240,415.87) <br />WHEREAS, an invoice for the annual renewal amount from Tyler Technologies, Inc. was <br />presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council, <br />to execute payment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and <br />That the City Manager is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary <br />or appropriate to administer the City's obligations, responsibilities and duties to be <br />performed under the agreement; and <br />0 That said agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. is in the amount of $240,415.87; and <br />0 That said amount of $240,415.87 is in the 2018-19 Adopted Budget (688-13-001-5311) <br />Introduced by Council in ember Cox and passed and adopted this 17th day of'September 2018, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: COUncilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: None (o) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Interim City Clerk <br />RF'SOLUTION NO. 2018-111 <br />
