This Market Assessment indicates that there is room for growth and improvement in the <br />internet and broadband service offerings in San Leandro. Thus, Magellan Advisors' <br />recommendation to complete planning of extension of the City's municipally -owned fiber <br />network is supported by this research. The extensions to the fiber network will increase <br />availability of high-speed fiber-optic based broadband, having favorable effects on choice <br />and value for services.
