<br />San Leandro Chamber of Commerce - Scope of Services – Fiscal Year 2018-2019 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Destination San Leandro - $7,000** <br /> Promote San Leandro events in arts, culture and recreation aimed at inviting the community and <br />others to enjoy and learn about the city. <br /> $3000 On-going collaboration and promotion of community and business events via calendar, <br />email and social media outlets. This includes promoting new developments, locations and social <br />amenities. <br /> $4000 Welcome to San Leandro – Co-branded welcome packet for new businesses and/or <br />residents with helpful and useful information about the city, its amenities and businesses. All new <br />business license holders will receive the packet and realtors to share with their clients. (This program would be throughout the duration of this contract with 2 payments; December 2018 and June 2019.) <br /> <br /> <br />San Leandro by Design -$5000 <br /> This program is recognized as the think tank of ideas and best practices which has propelled <br />conversations and actions, moving the city towards its fullest potential. We will continue to plan and <br />execute programs around relevant topics and bring diverse interests and stakeholders together. The <br />venues to convene the conversations are outdoor events, forums, and panel discussions. <br /> $5000 Downtown Development- June 2019 On-site presentation of Sansome Mixed Use <br />Development breaking ground in 2020 and brief walking tour of downtown showcasing other upcoming <br />developments/new businesses and eventually leading to an after event mixer at a downtown location. <br />City of San Leandro to be featured as the premiere sponsor of the event. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
