Provide examples of prior successful implementations, including sample <br />images, emphasizing similar installations introducing new paid parking equipment. <br />Both website images and documents are made available to the City as well as user help <br />guides that can be distributed. Samples are included in the appendix. We would love to <br />collaborate with the city to understand the best way for public outreach and education in <br />San Leandro. <br />b) Describe proposed installation plan and any costs associated with the installation. <br />Proposer will be responsible for installation and all associated hardware/equipment <br />required, including single space ADA-compliant poles and signage. <br />The installation would be a phased approach, where poles would first be installed once <br />locations are known, and then both the vault and meter mechanism will be installed on <br />the pole. Costs for installation will be approx. $300 for each pole/meter <br />c) Describe the proposed hardware solution for dual and single parking space <br />management along with how the equipment can be visually identified for short term <br />parking. Provide any sample images to demonstrate the proposed hardware solution. <br />The mkBeacon supports both single space and dual space configurations. For the 2 Bay <br />Beacon, a left and right arrow are included on the keypad for the user to select their <br />space. Instructions are included on the meter. Sample images included in the response. <br />d) Describe other available service options, including integrated parking sensors and any <br />associated pricing for these options. <br /> <br />
