D. Tract Map 590 shows that there is 5 feet sewer reserve at the west property line. Building <br />Permit plans shall show this sewer reserve and any structure built in this easement without <br />permit shall be removed. <br />E. Legalizing existing sunroom at the rear side of exiting single-family residence has not <br />been reviewed as part of this application and will be reviewed with the Building Permit <br />Application. <br />F. Building Permit plan set shall show that the roof drains via down spouts are discharged to <br />an unpaved area wherever practicable. <br />G. Building Permit plans shall show existing and proposed sanitary sewer lateral connections <br />to the offsite sewer main pipeline. If a new connection to the sanitary sewer main is <br />proposed, the City will inspect any defects in this sanitary sewer segment and if the new <br />lateral connection will cause any structural damage to the sanitary sewer main line, the <br />applicant shall replace the main pipeline from joint to joint as part of this project prior to <br />making the sewer lateral connection. <br />H. The following shall be added to the Building Permit plans: <br />The applicant shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and <br />Transportation Department for any work within the public right-of-way including the <br />use 'of lifting equipment or the staging of materials. Barricades, traffic cones, and/or <br />caution ribbon shall be positioned around any equipment or materials within the right- <br />of-way to provide a barrier to public access and assure public safety. Any damage to <br />the right-of-way improvements must be promptly repaired by the applicant according <br />to City adopted standards. <br />2. Locate all new electric and communications utilities serving the site underground. <br />3. The applicant shall implement construction best management practices during <br />construction to control erosion, keep sediment from leaving the project site and <br />prevent storm water pollution. Building Permit plans shall show these measures on <br />plans. <br />IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. All structures shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times; any damage <br />to the structures shall be promptly repaired. <br />B. Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. <br />C. Construction activity shall not commence prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease by 7:00 <br />p.m. Monday through Friday, and construction activity shall not commence prior to <br />8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and Saturday. No such construction is <br />permitted on Federal holidays. As provided in the City of San Leandro's Noise <br />Ordinance (ORDINANCE NO. 2003-005), "construction" shall mean any site <br />preparation, assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, demolition or similar <br />Agreement to Conditions October 3, 2018 <br />PLN18-0043 Page 5 of 6 <br />
