D. Tract Map 590 shows that there is 5 feet sewer reserve at the west property line. Building Permit plans shall show this sewer reserve and any structure built in this easement without permit shall be removed. E. Legalizing existing sunroom at the rear side of exiting single-family residence has not been reviewed as part of this application and will be reviewed with the Building Permit Application. F. Building Permit plan set shall show that the roof drains via down spouts are discharged to an unpaved area wherever practicable. G. Building Permit plans shall show existing and proposed sanitary sewer lateral connections to the offsite sewer main pipeline. If a new connection to the sanitary sewer main is proposed, the City will inspect any defects in this sanitary sewer segment and if the new lateral connection will cause any structural damage to the sanitary sewer main line, the applicant shall replace the main pipeline from joint to joint as part of this project prior to making the sewer lateral connection. H. The following shall be added to the Building Permit plans: The applicant shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation Department for any work within the public right-of-way including the use 'of lifting equipment or the staging of materials. Barricades, traffic cones, and/or caution ribbon shall be positioned around any equipment or materials within the right- of-way to provide a barrier to public access and assure public safety. Any damage to the right-of-way improvements must be promptly repaired by the applicant according to City adopted standards. 2. Locate all new electric and communications utilities serving the site underground. 3. The applicant shall implement construction best management practices during construction to control erosion, keep sediment from leaving the project site and prevent storm water pollution. Building Permit plans shall show these measures on plans. IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS A. All structures shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times; any damage to the structures shall be promptly repaired. B. Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. C. Construction activity shall not commence prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease by 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and construction activity shall not commence prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and Saturday. No such construction is permitted on Federal holidays.
