Federal <br />grant funds amount to $184,230 and the City will provide matching funds from its Measure B <br />Bicycle and Pedestrian Funds in the amount of $20,470. Total for design phase of this project <br />$36,500 (grant funds $32,850 plus City’s required local match $3,650). <br />The total project cost for the scramble pedestrian signal at East 14th and Joaquin Avenue is <br />$372,500. Federal funds amount to $335,250 and the City will provide matching funds from its <br />Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian Funds in the amount of $37,250.
