EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Contractor shall provide support to the San Leandro Police Department through the COPS program. <br />Support services provided shall include the following: <br />• Provide an advocate 1 day each week based in SLPD; <br />• Outreach to all Domestic Violence victims as identified by SLPD; <br />• Attempt to call identified persons 3 to 5 times; <br />• Staff hotline calls as needed; <br />• Accompany clients with their court date when asking for a restraining order or any custody <br />issues as well as mediation, <br />Contractor shall meet the following timeline: <br />By June 30, 2019, provide outreach to 170 persons with a 50 percent engagement rate. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised July 1, 2018 <br />Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments for Community Assistance Program (CAP) Grant Exhibit A <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
