Communicate with the County Assessor’s Office and file all necessary documents with the County obligating each parcel to pay the final assessment levies for the upcoming <br />fiscal year tax roll for each district. <br />15. Administer a thirty (30) day cash collection period for the district that includes mailing of <br />necessary information along with the Notice of Assessment, appropriate declarations and <br />customer service. <br />16. Confirm the final assessments prior to the issuance of tax bills. Consultant will also <br />prepare the required Auditor’s Records. <br />17. Respond to property owner inquiries regarding the assessment throughout the first fiscal year and subsequent fiscal years. <br />18. Project Administration and coordination with City Team consisting of staff, bond counsel, financial advisor, and bond underwriter as required to establish timelines, <br />deliverables, etc. (Assume 3 staff meeting for each district). <br />19. Develop Annual Assessment Roll for County for four additional assessment periods. <br />• Process changed parcels <br />• Calculate assessment rate for changed parcels <br />• Respond to assessment inquiries from individual property owners <br />• Upon request, provide payoff quotes of bond assessment liens for all interested <br />parties. In the event of a payoff: provide documentation to be filed with County, including Release of Lien and if applicable, a notice to remove unpaid assessments from the tax roll. <br />• Prepare Mailing Lists <br /> Schedule: <br />Tasks 1 through 9: 4 months <br />Tasks 10 and 11: As scheduled by the City <br />Tasks 12 through 19: 3 months and as needed <br /> <br /> <br />
