IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN [-,EANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-071 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT THE <br />WORK FOR THE ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2015-16, PROJECT NO. <br />2016.0060 (PROVIDES FOR ACCEPTING THE WORK PERFORMED BY ROSAS <br />BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION, FILING THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASING <br />THE PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS, AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF <br />THE WARRANTY BOND AFTER ONE YEAR) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a construction contract between the City of Sail l-,eandro and <br />Rosas Brothers Construction, approved on December 7, 2015, by Resolution No. 2015-185, Rosas <br />Brothers Construction completed the Annual Sidewalk Repair Program 2015-16; and <br />WHEREAS, said work was completed according to the plans and specifications and to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, who now recommends that said work <br />be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the project is accepted; and <br />2. That the City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion for said project; and <br />3. That the bonds given for performance and payment of said contract are released when <br />the statute of limitations expires upon recordation of the Notice of Completion; and <br />4.
