While housed at the San Leandro <br />Shelter, residents receive a range of services including meals, on-site case management, <br />housing search assistance, individual therapy, life skills coaching, domestic violence and <br />parenting support groups, evening children’s activities and access to health care <br />services. <br />Target Date <br />12/31/2020 <br />Estimate of the number and type of families <br />100 women and children clients annually. <br />that will benefit from the proposed activities <br />Location Description <br />San Leandro Shelter, 501 Davis Street, San Leandro CA <br />Planned Activities <br />The capital improvement project will improve the program’s accessibility for residents <br />with mobility impairments, to enhance safety of the facility, to protect and extend the <br />life of the structure and to increase the quality of life of the residents of the San Leandro <br />Shelter. This will be accomplished by replacing the exterior ramp, stairs and entryway <br />landing; rebuilding four bathroom shower stalls and subfloors, including ADA shower <br />stall; and replacing the floors in the common area. <br /> Annual Action Plan 33 <br />2019 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br /> <br />
