MAJOR GENERAL FUND REVENUES <br /> <br />PROPERTY TAXES, cont. <br /> <br />Forecast (continued) <br />In 2019-20 Real Property Tax revenue is projected to be 1.9% higher than in 2018-19, <br />and 2020-21 is anticipated to be 3.3% higher than 2019-20. The remaining forecast years <br />increase ranging from 1.5% to 4.1% growth per year starting in 2021-22 due to planned <br />developments being completed and an anticipated slight recession.
