File Number: 19-270 <br />section 3400 for Priority 1 Public Safety Equipment Installation, Incorporated because the <br />equipment and services provided by the vendor must match the equipment on the City's <br />existing vehicles; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 3400, the City Council <br />makes a sole source justification to procure from Priority 1 Public Safety Equipment Installation <br />Incorporated; and <br />That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve change <br />orders up to a cumulative total not to exceed $31,860; and <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 5/29/2019 <br />409
