IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2019-117 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RATIFYING AN AGREEMENT WITH GRANICUS FOR SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,938.54 AND TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT TERM TO JUNE 30, 2020 FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $46,708.50 WHEREAS, the City and Granicus entered into a Service Agreement dated March 28, 2017 (the "Agreement") for Granicus software and managed services; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and WHEREAS, the City and Granicus wish to amend the Agreement pursuant to Section 11.1 of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to extend the term of the Agreement from March 28, 2020 to June 30, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to add DisclosureDocs and CampaignDocs to its procured products and services; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends ratifying the agreement with Granicus for services provided and authorizing an amendment to the agreement for additional services of $7,938.54 for a total amount of $46,708.50 and to extend the agreement to June 30, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: • The previous payments made pursuant to the Agreement are hereby ratified. • The City Manager is authorized, on behalf of the City, to make all approvals and take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out the City's obligations, responsibilities and duties of the Agreement and first amendment to the Agreement. • That said first'amendment of the Agreement with Granicus is for an additional amount of $7,938.54 for the total amount of $46,708.50. • That said amount $46,708.50 is in the 2019-20 Adopted Operating Budget, Account 688- 13-001-5311.
