City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: July 15, 2019 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:19-369 PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:Debbie Pollart <br />Public Works Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Amend Title 6, Chapter <br />4, Section 6.4.110 of the City of San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to <br />Fees and Charges for Services Provided by City Departments to Adjust Fees in <br />the “Public Works Service Department -- Waste Water Discharge Fees” Section <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />·That following public notice and public hearing as required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4.110 of the San Leandro Administrative Code (“Fee Schedule”) is hereby amended by the <br />attachment hereto, which is made a part hereof; <br />·That the Fee Schedule section entitled “PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT - <br />Waste Water Discharge Fees, Section 1. Monthly User Charges” is made a part of this <br />resolution and is enacted thereby; and <br />·That the provisions of the amended Fee Schedule identified herein as the attachment hereto <br />shall take effect on January 1, 2020. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/9/2019 <br />155
