<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and CSG Consultants for Police Building and <br />South Offices Modifications. <br /> Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Project Description: <br />The City has a project to modify the Police Building and South Office Building; work generally consists of <br />interior work. Work includes modifications to the walls, ceilings, finishes, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and <br />hvac systems as well as the structural support systems of the buildings. <br /> <br />Scope of work: <br />This contract is for certain consulting services in support of this project as described below. <br /> <br />Engineering Inspection <br /> Perform full range of inspection services for public infrastructure construction projects to ensure <br />compliance with plans and specifications and to ensure public safety. <br /> Review technical field problems and inspection findings with the Project Manager or supervisor and <br />make recommendations for remedial action. <br /> Interpret and coordinate contract provisions with contractors or their representatives. <br /> Perform various tasks in support of construction/inspection activities such as: write daily and <br />weekly inspection logs to include a summary of work performed, prepare memoranda to file on <br />disputed work items, prepare progress payments and change orders, prepare weekly statement of <br />working days, review certified payroll, attend project meetings. <br />227
