Reproduction and any subconsultants (if required) are billed at cost plus <br />15%. <br /> <br />Rates will remain effective through December 31, 2019. Rates are subject to an annual increase based on <br />CPI. Should the scope of work change or circumstances develop which necessitate special handling, CSG <br />will notify the jurisdiction prior to proceeding. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />228
