Our <br />team of municipal parking experts has 8 combined 140+ years ofexperience working for and on <br />behalf ofcities Ofall sizes and demographics across the country. <br />Our first order of business will be to gain a better understanding of the L|hv'8 short and long- <br />term expectations. In order to effectively accomplish this gO8|. the SP+ Municipal Services <br />team pnJpOSeS holding vvhitebO@rd sessions with the City where vve share information that will <br />@UOvv us to help you with the following, if necessary: <br />� <br />Order any necessary amount Ofequipment <br />� <br />Evaluate staffing and routing <br />+ <br />Service the park8r'eneeds appropriately <br />^ <br />Maximize parking resources <br />~ <br />Identify, plan and address all stakeholder concerns and needs including residents, <br />buSi08SS8S, p8[kers, and the general public <br />As 8 general otaternent. our municipal team's primary objectives will be to guide San Le8ndrO's <br />parking program in a direction where the customer experience i8 Snh@DC8d, while also creating <br />8 revenue -based program. By focusing on the customer experiencB, our parking program <br />would: <br />* Train BU staff with o custom epcenLnC approach to customer service <br />- <br />Serve @Strue ambassadors for the City and what the community represents <br />° <br />Introduce convenient payment options mtall paid parking locations <br />= <br />Assist frequent and first-time visitors with parking way finding to assist with inQn8SS and <br />egress tOthe parking facilities <br />^ <br />Serve as a conduit between City leadership and community stakeholders in identifying <br />and implementing appropriate public parking policy <br />As evidenced by our nationwide presence and clients of all sizes, SP+ Municipal Services <br />prides itself on our ability to establish a true partnership with our clients. We have been mosi <br />successful when we collaborate with our clients in a 1: 1 setting to align our operational plan with <br />the City's objectives. Our operational plan would be established in cooperation with City officials <br />to ensure we are achieving agreed up Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
