City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: September 3, 2019 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:19-440 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:Debbie Pollart <br />Public Works Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Authorize the City <br />Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to Non-Professional Services Agreement <br />with Flagship Facility Services, Inc. for Citywide Janitorial Services for an <br />Amount Not to Exceed $709,674.60 Plus $18,652.20 for Additional Unscheduled <br />Services for Fiscal Year 2019-20 and to Approve an Appropriation of $50,781 <br />from the Building Maintenance Fund Unrestricted Fund Balance <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Flagship Facility Services, Inc. was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said amendment to the agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby <br />approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br />agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3. That an original executed Amendment No. 1 to the agreement shall be attached to and <br />made a part of this resolution. <br />4.
