IV. ENVIRONMENTAL, SERVICES REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Clearly detail on construction plans any work that involves the ammonia <br />refrigeration system and/or existing or proposed wastewater pretreatment systems. <br />B. Verify that the existing interceptor is adequately sized to accommodate any <br />planned increase in effluent flows. <br />If there will be changes to the anhydrous ammonia refrigeration system,, <br />implement the facility's CalARP Management of Change procedures and update <br />the Risk Management Plan as required. <br />D. Provide adequate bulk tank capacity for the acid and caustic supplies for the pl-I <br />neutralization system Such that the Current outdoor uncovered drum storage is <br />eliminated. <br />E. Changes to the site will require update and resubmittal of the facility's Hazardous <br />Materials Business Plan to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CF RS) at h(tlp://celr`,cal <br />V. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. FnSUre the existing permits for ammonia tanks and rack storage have been <br />completed and signed off. <br />V1. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Applicant shall comply with Section 3-6-340 of the City of San Leandro <br />Municipal Code stating, no person other than the City or its franchisee may place <br />a solid waste, recycling, organics, and/or construction and demolition debris <br />container(s) within the City limits. (,.JnaLlthorized containers within the City may <br />be subject to notice of a violation., impound of such unauthorized containers and <br />fines. Upon request by City of San Leandro Public Works staff, applicant is <br />required to produce weight tags for compactor service. <br />B. Solid waste & recycling service provider: Alameda County Industries. Applicant <br />should note the City of San Leandro holds an exclusive franchise agreement for <br />solid waste and recycling services with ACL <br />Project must comply with all City and State construction and demolition debris <br />recycling requirements. permit applicants Must demonstrate compliance by <br />completing and submitting an online Waste Management Plan using Green Hato <br />Systems prior to permit issuance.
