For example, ministerial demolition and <br />building permits would be needed from the City’s Building Division, following review and approval <br />of the detailed demolition and building construction plans. A ministerial sewer connection permit <br />would be required for the project to connect with the City’s existing sanitary sewer system. <br />Ministerial encroachment permits for work in the City’s right-of-way would need to be issued by the <br />City of San Leandro, and would be applicable to the driveway and sidewalk improvements along <br />MacArthur Boulevard and Herma Court. <br />Other permitting agencies and required permits are as follows: <br /> San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board: National Pollutant Discharge <br />Elimination System Construction General Permit and Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit <br />
