However these effects would be substantially mitigated under uniformly <br />applicable development policies. NO FURTHER REVIEW required. <br />□ I find that the Proposed Project qualifies as an Infill Project but would result in new <br />specific effects that would not be substantially mitigated under uniformly applicable <br />development policies. A STREAMLINED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION is <br />recommended.
