Compliance with applicable 2035 General Plan policies and the CALGreen would ensure the project would result in less than significant energy impacts. The project would have no new or substantially more severe impacts from energy use, nor would there be any potentially significant off-site impacts, cumulative impacts, or previously identified significant effects not discussed in the General Plan EIR. No previously identified significant effects were determined to have a more severe adverse impact than those discussed in the General Plan EIR.
