The <br />project would comply with applicable GHG standards. The project would have no new or <br />substantially more severe impacts to GHGs, nor would there be any potentially significant off-site <br />impacts, cumulative impacts, or previously identified significant effects not discussed in the General <br />Plan EIR. No previously identified significant effects were which are determined to have a more <br />severe adverse impact than discussed in the General Plan EIR.
