Scope of Work: <br />1. Inspect roof and cut out any blisters, mole runs, and damaged areas. Apply Green <br />Lock Membrane adhesive inside cut and apply new cap sheet membrane. <br />2. Remove and dispose of all base flashings, detail flashings, and coping metal. <br />3. Replace base all flashings with Flexbase 80 and StressPly E FR Mineral in Green -Lock <br />Flashing Adhesive. <br />4. Power wash roof system with simple green or tsp and water solution. Ensure the roof is <br />free of all dirt, debris, and contaminants. <br />5. Coat all base flashings with Pyramic Base and Pyramic. (1.5+ 1.5) <br />6. Apply Garla-Block primer at 1/2 gallon per square. <br />7. Install 6" Uni-Bond Tape across all seams. Use a roller to ensure the tape is firmly <br />fastened. Install Uni-Bond at all detail flashings and base flashings. <br />8. Roll White -Knight Pius WC over uni-bond. Very light, just need to get the texture of the <br />tape covered (1 /2 gal needed at most). <br />9. Apply White -Knight Plus WC base coat and top coat. 2 gallons per square on each <br />coat. <br />10.
