Vice Mayor Lopez asked for clarification regarding “curb to curb” <br />restoration requirements when excavation work is done on newly paved <br />streets. <br />3.D.19-588 Staff Update on Land Development Projects <br />a. Mayor Cutter inquired about AC Transit BRT project and would like to <br />ensure that deficiencies are included and completed on the punch list. Vice <br />Mayor would like to provide the Principal Engineer any assistance with AC <br />Transit discussions in future BRT meetings. <br />b. Mayor Cutter inquired on the AT&T building and working with Community <br />Development to bring attention to help beautifying the building. Vice Mayor <br />would like to write a letter to help neighborhood beautification demands. <br />c. Mayor Cutter would like a copy of the MTC report. <br />d. Vice Mayor Lopez indicated there is a renewed interest in a parklet in front <br />of Paradiso off Bancroft Blvd and suggested bulb-outs. <br />3.E.19-589 Discussion Regarding Future Agenda Items <br />FutureAgendaItemsAttachments: <br />a. Committee would like to add CPUC to the January Committee agenda. <br />COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS4. <br />Committee will include an update on the Community Workforce Agreement on <br />the December agenda. <br />Mayor would like to add Alta Mira to future project discussion. City Manager <br />Kay would like to have staff review to generate ideas. Mayor would like to <br />speak to the board or write a letter to help start with the brainstorming. <br />Councilmember Cox inquired about additional cameras to be added to the list. <br />Councilmember Cox would like staff to let developers know if trees are <br />removed, replacement trees will be replanted somewhere else in San Leandro <br />as a condition for approval. <br />ADJOURN5. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. <br />Page 3City of San Leandro <br />26
