RS District—Temporary Uses Requiring Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following temporary uses are allowed in the RS District, subject to the regulations <br />of Section 5.08.144 Temporary Use Permits. <br /> <br />1. Assembly Uses, Temporary. <br />2. Commercial Filming, Limited. <br />3. Street and or Neighborhood Fairs.
