A yard extending from the rear line of the required front yard, or the front prop- <br />erty line of the site where no front yard is required, to the front line of the required rear yard, <br />or the rear property line of the site where no rear yard is required, the width of which is the <br />horizontal distance between the side property line and the side setback line except that the <br />side yard on the street side of a corner lot shall extend to the rear lot line.
