Miller Planning Associates <br />Proposal <br />Project Team <br />Overview <br />City of San Leandro <br />Objective Development Standards <br />Our team brings the experience needed to effectively manage the Objective Development Standards <br />project, and the knowledge to help the City of San Leandro (City) achieve effective outcomes. Miller <br />Planning Associate's core planning, zoning, community outreach, and management experience is <br />complemented by a team of specialists bringing expertise in the areas of architecture and urban design. <br />Urban Field Studio uses their skills as architects, experience as <br />planners, and ability to communicate as educators to put forward <br />ideas that make places thrive today and in the future. Their work <br />helps people visualize the bigger picture for places with complex RBAN FIELD <br />issues and unique contexts. Working on a range of projects, from <br />specific sites on main streets in neighborhoods to special districts <br />than can span a metropolitan area, Urban Field Studio specializes <br />in providing conceptual architecture to understand the physical <br />potential of sites, writing design and development guidelines <br />that communities can understand, and making visual <br />explanations as clear as possible. <br />PLANNING <br />Lexington Planning provides a range of project management, current planning, and <br />long-range planning services. Lexington specializes in zoning ordinances, community <br />outreach and facilitation, entitlement assistance, and contract planning for <br />residential and mixed-use development. Clear communication, thoroughness, and <br />adaptability are the firm's top priorities to achieve an efficient process and effective <br />outcome. <br />I <br />Miller Planning Associates provides planning and zoning services to a variety of <br />MILLERmunicipal <br />clients throughout California and nationwide.
