<br />Martha Miller has over 15 years experience as a land use planner and project
<br />manager specializing in development regulations, specific plans, master
<br />plans, TOD strategies, and community engagement. Her experience as a
<br />public sector planner, where she managed comprehensive community plan
<br />updates, subdivisions plans, and development and entitlement projects
<br />brings a unique and valuable perspective. Martha has also led
