She has extensive experience as a project manager, <br />facilitating complex multi -stakeholder planning assignments for municipal clients <br />throughout California and the western United States. Her work has focused on <br />general plans, corridor and station area plans, housing elements, design guidelines, <br />environmental review, zoning ordinances, community outreach, and development <br />project review. She has helped to entitle over 900 housing units and 750,000 square <br />feet of commercial and industrial development across six jurisdictions. <br />Jean is an AICP-certified planner, skilled facilitator and presenter, winner of several <br />APA awards for comprehensive plans, and a recurring guest lecturer at the <br />University of California, Berkeley and San Jose State University.
