Establishments that sell medical supplies and equipment. <br /> <br />Mezzanine. An intermediate floor placed within a room. <br /> <br />Mini-Warehouse. See “Public Storage.” <br /> <br />Mixed-Use Residential. One or more dwelling units in a building with another principal use. <br />This classification includes housing above retail establishments in a commercial area. <br /> <br />Mobile Food Vending. The sale of food from any motorized or trailer vehicle, designed to <br />be portable and not permanently attached to the ground, from which only food and bever- <br />ages are sold, served free or sampled, displayed or offered for sale, as regulated by the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Mobile Home. A structure designed for human habitation and for being moved on a street <br />or highway under permit pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 35790. Mobile home does not <br />include a recreational vehicle, as defined in Civil Code Section 799.24, or a commercial <br />coach, as defined in Health and Safety Code Section 18218. <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park. An area of land where two or more mobile home sites are rented or <br />held out for rent to accommodate mobile homes used for human habitation. Mobile home <br />park shall not include a mobile home subdivision or stock cooperative. <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park Conversion. A use of a mobile home park for a purpose other than the <br />rental or the holding out for rent of two or more mobile home sites to accommodate mobile <br />homes used for human habitation. Such a conversion may affect an entire mobile home <br />park or any portion thereof. A conversion shall include, but is not limited to, a change of the <br />mobile home park or any portion thereof to a condominium, stock cooperative, planned unit <br />development, or any form of ownership wherein spaces within the mobile home park are to <br />be sold. <br /> <br />Mortuaries. Establishments where dead bodies are kept until burial. This classification in- <br />cludes funeral homes, but excludes cremation. <br /> <br />Multi-Family Residential. Three or more dwelling units in a single building on a site. <br /> <br />Municipal Code. The Municipal Code of the City of San Leandro, as amended. <br /> <br />Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets.
