Strategic Plan <br />SP-05 Overview <br />Strategic Plan Overview <br />The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development allocates funds to the City of San Leandro as <br />an entitlement jurisdiction for housing and community development activities. These funds are <br />allocated through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. As a condition of receiving <br />these grant funds, the City prepares a Consolidated Plan to assess the affordable housing and <br />community development needs, and present priorities and strategies for addressing those needs. As a <br />part of this Five -Year planning document is the Annual Action Plan that provides a summary of the <br />actions and activities slated to address those needs. The priority needs and goals of the FY 2020-2024 <br />Consolidated Plan are outlined in the following charts: "SP-28 Priority Needs Summary" and "SP-48 <br />Goals Summary". <br />The allocation priorities for the City are designated to address these priority needs. <br />Consolidated Plan SAN LEANDRO 43 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br />
