City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: July 6, 2020 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:20-246 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Liz Warmerdam <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Parcel Map <br />10843 for Assessor’s Parcel Number 075-0036-064-00; Owner, Subdivider and <br />Applicant: Creekside Partners Parking, LLC (provides for the subdivision of the <br />Creekside Office property to accommodate the financing of an additional <br />building) <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider, Creekside Partners Parking, LLC, submitted Parcel Map 10843 <br />to the City Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer finds that the parcels of land have approved access to a public <br />street, comprise part of a tract of land zoned for commercial development, and has the approval <br />of the City as to street alignments and widths; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the <br />subdivision’s design and improvements, is consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said parcel map complies with the provisions of <br />San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map <br />Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is technically <br />correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Parcel Map 10843 is incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />·That said Parcel Map 10843 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirements of CEQA according to §15315 “Minor Land Divisions” (Class 15) of the <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/1/2020 <br />97
