EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The project is located at 854 Dutton Avenue in San Leandro, California on the existing campus <br />of Roosevelt Elementary School. The project consists of the following new construction: <br />• A new 75' by 62' size pool with depths varying from 2.5 to 5.5 feet and perimeter site <br />fencing. <br />• A new 2,865 sf building located off of Gill Lane. with two access breezeways separating <br />the structure in to three separate sections. <br />• New shade structures, fencing, and flatwork. <br />■ Installation of new utility services along Gill lane for City storm drain, EMBUD water, <br />and PG&E electrical and gas lines. <br />■ Stormwater treatment and management using bioswales and detention cells <br />The scope of services covered under this agreement consists of providing low voltage alarm and <br />access control systems for the new facility as detailed below. <br />1.0 Site Access Control <br />City standard access (card key) control system. The following site access control <br />equipment will be provided: <br />+ 2- Pac K512 door controllers for 3 access doors <br />+ 1 - Power supply <br />• <br />3- Proximity card readers <br />• <br />3- Connect too new locking hardware <br />• 1 - Back up batteries for controllers so system remains operational during power <br />outage <br />2.0 Bur lar and Panic Button Alarm System <br />The following burglar and panic button alarm equipment will be provided and installed: <br />■ 1 - Bosch 8512 Security alarm control panel <br />■ l - AES radio transmitter/communicator <br />• <br />2- Keypads (Mechanical room and Lifeguard/office) <br />■ i - Alarm panel back up battery & power supply for when normal current fails <br />■ <br />4- Door contacts (Mechanical room double doors and office/lifeguard doors) <br />• <br />2- Motion detectors (lifeguard & office areas <br />■ 1 - Zone expanders <br />•`—I =— Rol Iup door contact for building C - - <br />■ 1 - Weather proof enclosure for panic button receiver <br />• 1 - Strobe light in iifeguardloffice area to notify of problems at the pool (triggered by <br />wireless panic buttons) <br />■ 1 - Wireless receiver for wireless panic buttons <br />■ 2- Wireless panic button transmitters (for lifeguards at the pool.
