3.0 Perimeter Beam Alarm <br />The system will consist of 4 sets yard beams covering the inside of the fenced area of the <br />pool. Beam detectors to be mounted on poles supplied by Denalect. Installation and <br />connection of all yard beams. The following perimeter alarm equipment will be <br />provided and installed: <br />■ 1 - Power supply <br />■ l - Transformer <br />• 4 - Yard beans detector sets <br />■ 4 - Mounting poles for mounting the yard beams (installed by others) <br />This yard beam system can be armed/disarmed totally separate of the main burglar alarm <br />for the buildings. Perimeter beam system will utilize the burglar alarm panel and keypad. <br />from item 2 above. <br />4.0 Fire Alarm System <br />All programming and testing, final testing with the Alameda County Fire Department <br />with approval ofa Record of Completion. The following fire alarm system equipment <br />will be provided and installed: <br />• i - Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel <br />■ 1 - AES Radio Fire alarm Transmitter <br />• 7- Addressable Smoke Detectors <br />• 7- Addressable Heat Detectors <br />■ 7- Horn/Strobes <br />■ 2- Strobes <br />2- W/P Exterior Harp/Strobes <br />• 2- WIP Exterior back boxes — surface mounted <br />• 1 - Fire alarm document box located at the fire alarm control panel location <br />• l - Fire Alarm submittal to the Alameda County Fire District. <br />• 1 - Final Fire Department inspection with Alameda County Fire District (additional <br />fees may be required if more than ] final inspection is needed or required) <br />• 1 - Lot: New U.L. Certificate as required by the AC Fire District <br />The base fee for this submittal is included in the cost below. This fee is based on (1) <br />submittal and does not include any additional submittal fees for additions by the ACFD <br />or changes to the fire alarm design by the City. Additional submittals due to changes <br />and or modifications to the project are not included. Additional charges including system <br />design will apply if additional submittals are required and does not include additional <br />Fire Department Plan submittal fees. <br />5.0 Monitoring <br />Included in this contract is the first year of site mentoring. <br />6.0 General <br />As part of this contract for items 1 through 5 above, Denalect shall: <br />• Work under a direct contract with the City of San Leandro, and not a subcontractor to the <br />general contractor completing the pool construction. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and August 12, 2019 <br />Denalect Alarm Company for the Farrelly Pool Replacement Exhibit A -- Page 2 of 3 <br />
