<br /> <br />amounts required, will be used for City’s <br />ordinary processing and administrative costs <br />related to the Master License application as <br />deposited in a Customer Number account <br />established by the City’s Finance Department. <br />Pole License Administrative Payments <br />(§ 4.7): $1,865 per Standard City Pole, to be delivered <br />with Licensee’s application for each Pole <br />License. This includes a $65 non-refundable <br />application fee, and a $1,800 deposit. This <br />initial payment, and any necessary <br />replenishment(s) thereof, will be used to cover <br />the City’s actual and reasonable costs to <br />review and administer the application process <br />upon delivery of each Pole License <br />application. City will identify the amount of the <br />deposit for Nonstandard City Poles after <br />receiving any Pole License application <br />requesting their use. Funds will be deposited <br />in a Customer Number account established by <br />the City’s Finance Department. <br />Permitted Use (§ 5.1): Installation, operation, maintenance of, and <br />access to, Equipment on the License Area <br />specified in each Pole License and no other <br />location. Use of the License Area for any <br />other purpose without City’s prior consent is <br />prohibited. <br />Equipment installation (Art. 7): All Equipment to be installed on the License <br />Area is subject to City’s final approval through <br />the applicable Pole License. Licensee shall <br />install Equipment at its sole cost only at the <br />Pole Location specified in each Pole License. <br />Utilities (§ 12.1): Licensee shall be solely responsible for <br />obtaining and maintaining electric service for <br />the Equipment, including, but not limited to, <br />making payments to electric utilities and <br />installation of separate electric meters, if <br />necessary. <br />Pre-Construction Emissions Report (§ 13.7): As a condition to issuance of any Pole <br />License, Licensee must provide City a copy of <br />the Pre-Construction Emissions Report <br />submitted for Licensee’s Encroachment <br />Permit. Default Fee schedule (§ 17.2.4): Exhibit A-3 to each Pole License. <br />Security Deposit (Art. 24): Cash deposit, letter of credit, or surety bond in <br />the amount of $50,000, to be delivered with <br />Licensee’s Acknowledgment Letter for the first <br />Pole License applicationissued under this <br />Master License.
