File Number: 20-441 <br />The project was determined to be categorically exempt from CEQA in October 15, 2019. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />·Staff and NBS Consultants presented project information at two separate public meetings <br />held on July 29, 2019 and November 13, 2019, respectively. A FEMA representative <br />presented at the second meeting. <br /> <br />·NBS continually provides updates and information by means of mailed postcards, social <br />media sites and on the project website. The consultant also addressed public comments <br />and questions received. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The Design Phase is estimated at $560,000 and the total project is approximately $2,581,000, <br />as detailed below.
