May 14, 2020Disaster Council Minutes <br />Utilities <br />•PG&E <br />•EBCE <br />2.F. <br />EBCE was thanked for the money they provide to the city, which was being used to <br />provide ten $5,000 grants to small businesses. <br />Other Agencies within the City <br />•Chamber of Commerce <br />•Faith Based Organizations <br />•Building Futures with Women and Children <br />2.G. <br />First United Methodist Church was on a call with faith based organizations and it was <br />reported that churches will be in the third phase of the Governor’s plan and they are <br />encouraged to start thinking about how to plan for reopening.
