Fry <br />Announcements1.B. <br />Members of the Disaster Council introduced themselves and the agencies they <br />represent. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS2. <br />City of San Leandro response to COVID-19 <br />•San Leandro City Council <br />2.A. <br />Mayor Cutter reported out about how appointments for the MCC test site can be made <br />and the messaging about outdoor dining being suspended for a weekend. She also <br />shared information about the sampling program being done by the East Bay Discharge <br />Authority, a JPA of 5 agencies that discharge wastewater into the bay, to test for <br />COVID. <br />Vice Mayor Ballew shared that members of this Council should do more to get the <br />message out and that the City should develop a plan for distributing a COVID vaccine, <br />especially to the most vulnerable, once it is available. <br />Councilmember Lopez thanked everyone for the ongoing communication. <br />Page 2City of San Leandro
